Community Guidelines
Safe & Respectful Dating for Everyone
At Bijasante, we are committed to creating a welcoming, secure environment where meaningful connections can flourish. These guidelines help ensure every member enjoys a positive experience.
Purpose of Our Community Guidelines
Building a foundation of trust and respect
Our community guidelines exist to protect every member of the Bijasante community. Whether you are seeking a life partner or simply exploring international dating opportunities, these rules create the framework for authentic, respectful interactions.
We believe that successful relationships begin with mutual respect and honesty. These guidelines reflect our core values and legal obligations, ensuring compliance with international dating regulations while fostering genuine connections between people from different cultures and backgrounds.
By using Bijasante, you agree to follow these guidelines and contribute to maintaining a safe, fraud-free environment. Our community thrives when every member takes responsibility for their actions and treats others with dignity.
Standards of Behavior
The three pillars of our community: Respect, Honesty, and Safety
Respect
Treat every member with courtesy and consideration. Value cultural differences and communicate with kindness. Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Honesty
Be truthful in your profile and communications. Use recent photos that accurately represent you. Never misrepresent your intentions, marital status, age, or any other personal information.
Safety
Protect yourself and others. Never share financial information or send money to anyone. Report suspicious behavior immediately. Keep personal details private until you establish trust.

Anti-Fraud & Profile Verification Policy
Protecting our community from scams and fake profiles
Our Commitment to Your Safety
Bijasante employs industry-standard security measures and actively monitors for fraudulent activity. While no system is 100% secure, we continuously work to identify and remove bad actors from our platform.
How to Report Suspicious Activity

Contact Our Support Team

Complaint Procedure
How to report violations and get help
If you experience harassment, immediately block the user and report them using the profile report button. For severe cases, email our safety team at [email protected] with screenshots and details. We take all harassment reports seriously and investigate within 24 hours.
You may also contact local law enforcement if you feel your safety is threatened.
Never send money to anyone you have met online. This is the most common form of romance scam. Report the user immediately, even if they have a convincing story. Legitimate romantic partners do not ask for financial assistance from people they have never met in person.
Document all requests and report them to us at [email protected].
Look for these warning signs: stock photos, inconsistent information, reluctance to video chat, and pressure to move conversations off-platform. Report suspicious profiles using the report button on their profile page.
Our verification team will review the account and take appropriate action.
If your account has been restricted or you disagree with a moderation action, you may submit an appeal to [email protected]. Include your username, the action you are appealing, and your explanation.
Appeals are reviewed by a senior moderator within 72 hours. Their decision is final.
Never share your home address, workplace, financial details, or government ID with anyone on the platform. Use the platform messaging system rather than giving out personal phone numbers or email addresses early in a relationship.
If someone pressures you to share personal information, report them immediately.
Consequences of Violations
Understanding our enforcement actions
Bijasante reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these guidelines. Enforcement is progressive, but severe violations may result in immediate permanent bans.
Note: Fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or creating fake profiles results in immediate permanent ban without warning. No refunds are provided for accounts terminated due to guideline violations.
Tips for Safe Online Dating
Practical advice to protect yourself while finding love
Stay on Platform
Keep conversations on Bijasante until you have established trust. Scammers often try to move to unmonitored channels quickly.
Video Chat First
Always have a video call before meeting in person or making travel plans. This confirms identity and builds genuine connection.
Research & Verify
Use reverse image search on profile photos. Look for social media presence. Genuine people have a digital footprint.
Never Send Money
No matter how convincing the story, never send money to someone you have not met in person. This is the primary romance scam tactic.
Meet Safely
For first meetings, choose public places and tell a friend your plans. Consider having a video call with friends present first.
Trust Your Instincts
If something feels wrong, it probably is. Do not ignore red flags because you want the relationship to work.
